infobox component thingy!!
this is a cool component for adding quick content warnings or other info to your pages without them being intrusive or impacting reader experience! it also contains a ratebox there by default with the needed css to make the two coexist happily even on mobile
it conforms to the theme of the page mostly, but it could look weird on a few themes that do crazy stuff with the rate module.
you can put any plain text you want in it
an example of how to use it:

use /A to indicate a new line while setting |warning=!!
extra customization examples
if you don't want the rate box here, add to your page:

which will hide the ratebox within this component
if your warnings contain spoilers for the page and you wanna indicate this, add this to your page:

which will add (SPOILERS) to the button
you can add lots of types of text in there!
